Missy Cornell

Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

Missy was always active in sports in high school. After her freshman year of high school, she really knew she wanted to help others become better versions of themselves. Her passion for fitness continued after high school and she brought her love of working out into her adult years. After receiving her personal training certification from Minneapolis Community and Technical College, Missy worked at a fitness kickboxing studio. During that time, Missy learned many fun fitness exercises and continued to gain knowledge about fitness, proper form and helping clients grow in their health and fitness. Since coming to NeuLife, Missy has loved training her clients and teaching sculpt and strength classes. She feels that the best part of being a trainer at NeuLife is the ability to build relationships with clients and invest in their lives. When she is not training, you can find Missy listening to live music, crafting, cooking food, drinking coffee and spending time with family and friends.

AJ Johnson

Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

Hi, I'm Ashley, but you can call me AJ. I have been around sports and fitness my entire life. Youth sports to college softball, I was your typical jock who let a sport become her identity. The problem with that was when my playing days were over, I thought I lost who I was. Thus began the search for a new passion. Fast forward three years, I had my first real taste of personal training and soon fell in love with it. Fitness is something I geek out about, so to be able to share that knowledge and help someone change their life in the process was where I found the fire again. My goal is to help women realize the mental, social, economical, and physical barriers they put between themselves, who they want to be, and what they want to accomplish. Once those barriers are identified, it's about empowering them with the tools and knowledge to break down their barriers and create long lasting change. Strong women make the world a better place :)
