"Our goal at NeuLife Wellness is to create a supportive, welcoming, and judgement-free environment for every person who walks through the door. Beyond that, our goal is to have the opportunity to help every client. Whether a client has a pre-existing condition or is unable to perform a specific exercise, we will always modify a plan to meet the specific needs of our clients. We love having the opportunity to help our clients live a happier and healthier life through exercise and health.”
Courtney found a love for group fitness classes after graduating from college and no longer having team sports to push her physically and mentally. After years of being poured into during group fitness classes, she wanted to be able to give back. She studied through the American Council on Exercise and became a certified group fitness instructor and now loves teaching fitness classes to others. Courtney feels passionate about helping clients reach their health goals to they can experience life to the fullest.
After working for 10 years in the mental health field, I decided to leave that line of work to focus on the health and wellness field. Helping people has always been important to me and it is my desire to help people live healthier and happier lives through creating long-term, sustainable change. I received my Masters of Arts in psychology with a huge focus on trauma informed care as well as behavior modification techniques and motivational interviewing. I also have a health coaching certification through the American Council on Exercise and a yoga certification through a Registered Yoga Alliance program. It is my goal use all of my skills and compassion to meet people where they are at and get them to where they want to be through health and wellness coaching as well as yoga instruction. When I am not helping other people, I enjoy playing around with my own kiddos, fishing, biking, crafting, writing, cooking, reading, learning, going to church and enjoying every minute in a mindful manner.
