Courtney Pierce

Group Fitness Instructor

​Courtney found a love for group fitness classes after graduating from college and no longer having team sports to push her physically and mentally. After years of being poured into during group fitness classes, she wanted to be able to give back. She studied through the American Council on Exercise and became a certified group fitness instructor and now loves teaching fitness classes to others. Courtney feels passionate about helping clients reach their health goals to they can experience life to the fullest.

Lindsay Pritzl 

Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor

​Lindsay graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science. Following graduation, she studied through the National Exercise Trainers Association to become a certified personal trainer. Besides training, Lindsay works at a local chiropractic office where she meets with patients and learns full-body approaches to health through chiropractic, nutrition and rehabilitation.


Lindsay grew up in Appleton, WI where she spent much of her time in a dance studio. She continued dancing all the way through her college years. Lindsay now enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including running, hiking, sailing, canoeing during the warmer months, and downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter.

Jill Neubauer Owner/Personal Trainer

Jill graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Following school, she worked at an elite sports performance facility where she was a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor. With a passion for people and exercise, Jill decided to open NeuLife Wellness. Since opening in 2012, she has gained knowledge and understanding in women's health, weight loss, exercise rehabilitation, prenatal/postpartum and sports-specific training. Jill is also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.


Jill grew up in Waconia, MN and loved being active and playing sports, including volleyball, soccer and pole-vaulting. Jill met her husband Lance while studying at Bethel University. They married in 2010 and now have 2 beautiful daughters, Jade & Kaia.
