We offer both 30 minute & 60 minute private, partner and small group personal training. Every personal training program is written from scratch and designed to meet the needs and goals of each client. The benefits of strength training include a decrease in body fat, increase in muscle mass, muscular stability, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Prenatal/Postnatal Personal Training
We would love to walk alongside you through your pregnancy and into motherhood. Our goal is to keep your body healthy and strong during pregnancy to allow both labor and recovery to go as smoothly as possible. We will also assist your recovery by toning the core and helping your body recover from carrying your sweet little babe for 9+ months.
Cancer-Recovery Personal Training
We would love to support you along this difficult journey. Whether you are pre or post surgery, strength is an important aspect to your recovery. We have previous experience working with women with both breast cancer and ovarian uterine cancer. We make sure to slowly and safely move the body to allow recovery in a healthy manner.
Small Group Strength Training
We offer small group strength training classes designed for weight loss, strength and aerobic fitness. Maximum of 5 people per class. All levels welcome.
Bootcamp class is a total body workout that incorporates strength, plyometric and cardiovascular exercises. This class is an all-around great workout. All levels welcome.
Sculpt classes are a combination of strength and yoga. These classes are designed to tone muscles through small movement strength exercises using small hand weights. You should definitely give this class a try! All levels welcome.
Mommy & Me Yoga
This 30 minute class is for moms and their little ones to experience yoga together in a fun, creative manner. During this class, yoga will be incorporated throughout storytelling and interactive ways to help promote calmness, breathing, and bonding.
Pound is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Designed for all fitness levels, Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin out.
Specialized Exercise Class
We offer specialized classes for exercise rehabilitation, senior fitness, and multiple sclerosis. If you are interested in a specialized class, please contact us.
Nutrition coaching involves a specialized nutrition plan, weigh-ins and body fat measurements. Nutrition coaching and body fat measurements are completely free for any personal training client.
